mmk7 Terms & Conditions

mmk7 provides online gaming services for users in Myanmar. These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between the player and mmk7. Any player who accesses and uses this platform is considered to have read, understood, and accepted these terms.

This document covers the player's rights and responsibilities, mmk7's services and policies, financial limits, bonus and promotion rules, dispute resolution, and account suspension matters.

1.1 Age Restriction

To use the mmk7 platform, players must be 21+. No person under the age of 21 is permitted to use this service. mmk7 reserves the right to verify any player's age at any time.

1.2 One Account Per Person

Each player may only open one account on the mmk7 platform. If it is found that the same person has opened more than one account, all of those accounts may be closed and funds may not be returned.

1.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

Players must provide complete and accurate personal information when registering. If inaccurate or incomplete information is submitted, mmk7 may suspend withdrawals or close the account.

2.1 Account Registration

Players must register using their genuine personal information — full name, date of birth, and contact number. At the point mmk7 opens the account, the player is considered to have accepted these terms and conditions.

2.2 Security Responsibility

Players must not share their account login details — username and password — with any third party. The player is personally responsible for all gaming and financial activity that takes place on their account.

2.3 Account Verification

mmk7 may verify a player's identity under the KYC (Know Your Customer) process. Players may be asked to submit documents such as a national registration card, citizenship identity card, or driver's license. Withdrawals may be put on hold during the verification period.

3.1 Deposit Methods and Minimum Amount

mmk7 supports deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer. Regardless of the method used, the minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks.

3.2 Withdrawal Policy

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are processed normally within 30 minutes to 3 hours, depending on the player's verification status and the method used.

mmk7 reserves the right to hold a withdrawal if there is suspicion of fraudulent activity, deception, or financial irregularities related to that transaction.

3.3 Currency Policy

All deposits and withdrawals are processed in Myanmar Kyat (MMK / Ks). A player may request a reversal of a deposit after it has been made; however, immediate reversal requests made while playing or after a bonus has been received will not be processed.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus

Players making their first deposit at mmk7 will receive a 150% bonus — up to 200,000 Ks. To withdraw any bonus funds, players must meet a wagering requirement of 15 times the bonus amount.

Examples —

• Deposit 20,000 Ks → Bonus 30,000 Ks → Total balance 50,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 30,000 Ks × 15 = 450,000 Ks
• Deposit 280,000 Ks → Bonus 200,000 Ks → Total balance 480,000 Ks → Wagering requirement 200,000 Ks × 15 = 3,000,000 Ks

4.2 Game Types Eligible for Bonus

The bonus can be used on slots, live casino games, casino games (Baccarat, Roulette, Dragon Tiger), and football betting. mmk7 reserves the right to notify players in advance of any changes to bonus terms.

4.3 Bonus Forfeiture

A player may choose to forfeit a bonus; however, any winnings earned using that bonus cannot be withdrawn. If a withdrawal is requested before the wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount and any winnings derived from it will be deducted from the balance before the withdrawal is processed.

5.1 Game Fairness

All games on mmk7 use a Random Number Generator (RNG), so results are fair and completely random. mmk7 cannot alter the odds or win rates in advance for any player.

5.2 Prohibition on Fraud and Collusion

If a player is found to be colluding across accounts to exploit bonuses, using bots or any other unfair method, their account will be immediately closed and all funds forfeited.

5.3 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

mmk7 complies with anti-money laundering laws. Suspicious transactions will be investigated and mmk7 reserves the right to report them to the relevant authorities.

6.1 SSL Encryption

The mmk7 platform uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to protect players' personal and financial information. Players' personal data will not be sold to third parties under any circumstances.

6.2 Data Storage

7.1 Setting Play Limits

8.1 mmk7's Decision

mmk7 may close any player's account without prior notice if there is reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms or fraudulent activity. Any funds will only be returned after an investigation is completed.

9.1 Issue Resolution

9.2 Final Decision

mmk7's review team will examine the game activity logs and their decision will be treated as final. Unless the game records are found to be faulty, only the player's stated account will be processed through the relevant steps.

10.1 Service Interruption

mmk7 may temporarily suspend services due to technical maintenance, server issues, or circumstances beyond its control. mmk7 is not responsible for any player losses that occur as a result of such situations.

10.2 Irregular Gameplay

Game results caused by technical errors, computer problems, or server faults may be deemed invalid by mmk7, and those games may be reversed.

11.1 Right to Change

mmk7 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on the platform, and players who continue to use the platform after any changes are made will be considered to have accepted those changes.

11.2 Notification Method

Updates and amendments will be communicated via announcements on the platform or sent to the player's registered email address. Players are responsible for keeping accurate contact information on their account.
